Losing home, office or car keys can not only be frustrating but can prove costly, with security the main concern. If your customer's keys are lost or stolen, Keycare insurance provides up to £1,500 towards the replacement of keys, locks and call out charges.

Home Emergency Cover
Home emergency cover provides assistance in the event of an emergency situation, allowing the policyholder to acquire rapid, expert help using a national network of contractors. The policy complements buildings and contents insurance, providing peace of mind to your customers.
Cover is provided for labour, parts and materials to carry out emergency repairs. We class an emergency as a sudden and unforeseen incident in the home which immediately:
- Poses a health risk to you or a third party or;
- Creates a risk of loss or damage to the property and/or any of the policyholder’s belongings or;
- Renders the property uninhabitable
Features and Benefits:
- 24/7, 365 days a year helpline
- Arranging of emergency repairs up to £1,000
- Organisation and contribution towards the cost of alternative accommodation if the policyholders home is uninhabitable
- Cover for blocked bath, toilet or problems with external drainage even if there is another working toilet or bathing facility at the property
- £500 towards the cost of a new boiler if it is beyond economical repair
- Burst pipes or sudden leakage
- Break-in or vandalism reported to the police
- Failure of domestic water mains, gas and electricity

Landlord Home Emergency assists in the event of an emergency situation. Cover will be provided for rapid expert help using a national network of contractors. Cover compliments the landlord's building insurance and provides peace of mind for the policyholder. Cover is provided for labour, parts and materials to carry out emergency repairs.
