What is our motor claims service?

Our Motor Elite or Motor Elite Extra Legal Expenses policies allows motorists to have access to our motor claims service should they need it. They don’t have to worry about waiting until a certain time to call as our claims notification line is open 24 hours a day.

Not only does this mean that they can report an incident as soon as it’s happened, but they can also rest easy knowing that their claim will be handled quickly and effectively.


Why is an efficient claims service so important?

What does our motor claims service cover?

Motor Elite: This includes £100,000 Legal Expenses Cover, £100,000 Motor Prosecution Defence cover, personal injury, uninsured loss recovery, European coverage, emergency hire/recovery charges, and emergency overnight accommodation.

Motor Elite Extra: All the above, with the added benefit of the provision of a hire vehicle for up to 14 days following a theft or the vehicle being left un-driveable following a non-fault incident. The vehicles available include a small hatch (S1 class), and a panel van (PV2 class).

How does this service work?

We can arrange to take First Notification of Loss claims calls “in brand” 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Motorists will also have a personal case manager allocated to their incident. From here, their personal case manager will arrange a report to their insurer and manage the claim throughout.

They will also ensure that repairs are organised quickly, and that a replacement vehicle is allocated. Amongst this they’ll also make sure that legal assistance is provided, if it’s needed.

Any uninsured losses will also be pursued in the event of non-fault claims, including excesses, personal property damage, expenses, personal injury or loss of earnings.
